The month of August is an extremely busy month for registrations. The entire registration process must be complete before a student can attend school. Please note the timeline below and plan accordingly. It is strongly encouraged to not wait until the last few days prior to the first day to complete registration.

New Student Enrollment Process

In order to enroll your child in the Spring Cove School District, you must submit the preliminary registration information online. Please use the link listed above.
 
If you do not have access to a computer and/or internet service, please call 814-224-3098 for assistance.
 
After submitting the preliminary online registration form, please call 814-224-3098 to complete the student registration process. You will be required to provide one original document from each of the following categories. Documents can be submitted electronically to Robin Brumbaugh, Registrar, at [email protected] or via fax at 814-224-3069. We will provide you with copies of some additional forms that will need to be completed at that time.
  • Parent Identification
    • Driver's License
    • Visa/Passport
  • Proof of child's date of birth. Acceptable documentation includes any of the following
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal certificate or transcript of the record of baptism - duly certified and showing the date of birth
    • Notarized statement from the parents including the date of birth
  • Proof of Residency
      • Utility Bill (residential), or
      • Copy of Lease, Housing Contract or Sales Agreement, Property Tax Bill
    • Immunization Record: This must be received before the student will be able to start school
      • Current Immunization Records
      • Official School Record Immunization Sheet
        • It is your responsibility to provide this to us. If necessary, you may request that the previous school fax a copy to 814-224-3069 or email to [email protected].
    • If applicable, a copy of custody agreement or guardianship documentation
    • Verification of Previous School (Report Card / Grade Transcript)
    • If applicable, please also forward the following documentation via fax to 814-224-3069 or email to [email protected].
