Student Registration
We make every effort to process your enrollment as quickly as possible.
Due to the high volume of registrations coming in during the two weeks before school starts, students whose registrations are not completed by end of day on August 14 may not be able to begin school on the first student day, August 21. Please see the schedule below for possible start dates for registrations completed after August 14.

New Student Enrollment Process

In order to enroll your child in the Spring Cove School District, you must submit the preliminary registration information online. Please use the link listed above.
If you do not have access to a computer and/or internet service, please call 814-224-3098 for assistance.
After submitting the preliminary online registration form, please call 814-224-3098 to complete the student registration process. You will be required to provide one original document from each of the following categories. Documents can be submitted electronically to Rena Davis, Registrar, at [email protected], or via fax at 814-224-3069.
- Parent Identification (ID)
- Driver's License, or
- Visa/Passport.
- Proof of child's date of birth. Acceptable documentation includes any of the following:
- Birth Certificate.
- Baptismal certificate or transcript of the record of baptism - duly certified and showing the date of birth,
- Notarized statement from the parents including the date of birth.
- Proof of Residency
- Utility Bill (residential), or
- Copy of Lease, Housing Contract or Sales Agreement, Property Tax Bill
- Immunization Record: This must be received before the student will be able to start school.
- Current Immunization Records
- Official School Record Immunization Sheet
- It is your responsibility to provide this to us. If necessary, you may request that the previous school fax a copy to 814-224-3069 or email to [email protected].
- Verification of Previous School (Report Card / Grade Transcript)
