Title IX

The Spring Cove School District does not discriminate in any manner, including Title IX sexual harassment, in any district education program or activity.
 
It is the policy of the Spring Cove School District to ensure an equal opportunity in admissions, employment and programs, services, and activities without any consideration of an individual's race, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, disability, veteran status, genetic information, and/or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.  The Spring Cove School District's policies are publicly available and located on the Spring Cove School District website, including how to submit reports and/or complaints of sex discrimination and the pertinent grievance procedures concerning same.  
 
The Spring Cove School District also declares it to be the policy of the Spring Cove School District to comply with federal law and regulations under Title IX prohibiting sexual harassment, which is a form of unlawful discrimination on the basis of sex.  Inquiries regarding the application of Title IX to the Spring Cove School District may be referred to the Title IX Coordinator, to the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, or both.
